1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You must register for an account to access certain features, such as creating tutorials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

We offer different tiers of service, including a free "Basic" tier and paid "Premium" tiers.

• Basic Tier: Users on the Basic tier are limited to creating a maximum of five (5) projects. We may display third-party advertisements to Basic tier users.
• Premium Tiers: Users on paid tiers may create an unlimited number of projects and will not be shown advertisements.
• Billing: All payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your Account Settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. If you downgrade to the Basic tier and have more than five projects, your newest projects beyond the fifth will be unpublished and made read-only.

4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create and upload, including tutorials, text, images, paint recipes, and equipment lists ("Content").

• Ownership: You retain ownership of your Content.
• License to Us: By posting Content to My Mini Tutorial, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your Content in connection with the service.
• Responsibility: You agree not to post Content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove any Content that violates these terms.
